Introduction Welcome tot the Dutch part of the site
Nivon, the Dutch Organization of Naturefriendshouses, offers you 15 houses in The Netherlands to stay in.
There are 3 houses at the North Sea side, at walking distance from the beach. You can discover Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Dordrecht, Maastricht and Aachen in an easy way from naturefriendshouses close by. Great spots for a combination of cultural and natural activities. Several beautiful houses are situated in the countryside and near important Natural Parks. These houses are ideologically built and run by volunteers. In the last years several houses have thoroughly been renovated. Volunteers at the houses will be pleased to show you what the area has got to offer. They will also inform you about places to buy food to prepare in our well-equipped kitchens. A restaurant is often a good alternative. Nivon has also got 13 camping sites, from very small to three larger family camping sites, all in a nature friendly atmosphere.
